IMPORTANT: If your home is a disaster zone, and we have to spend majority of our time tidying, we cannot also spend time scrubbing. If we can’t find your baseboards, we can’t clean them. Please prepare for us to come.
If you are a hustler and your home is a hot mess, we can help you but you need to be honest with us and let us know prior to arrival so we are ready for combat. We reserve the right to charge more if your home is not properly represented.
KITCHEN - $50
*Exterior cabinets spot cleaned, backsplash, exterior appliances, kick plate, counters wiped, floors mopped, baseboards vacuumed + sink polished
OVEN CLEAN - $150
*Customer must run self clean the night before. We cannot spray self cleaning ovens wit Oven Cleaner, it ruins the finish. We will detail the glass, interior, and exterior. We do not pull out appliances.
FRIDGE CLEAN - $150
*Cleaned inside and out, all expiry dates checked. Note: we do not pull out the fridge to clean behind, or underneath, too easy to scratch the floors. *This does not include a freezer clean, as we do not offer this at this time. *Fridge must be *mostly empty* ex. don't schedule us to come on grocery day.
DINING ROOM - $30
*Kitchen Clean includes ONE. Add this room if you have more than one dining / table space
LIVING ROOM - $40 / room (how many living rooms?)
*We only move furniture that is reasonable to move. All furniture must have foot protection, or we do not move
WET BAR / COFFEE STATION AREA - $35
*Home bar area / coffee area station. Counter and stools wiped, bottles dusted, sink polished.
*Coffee area: exterior cabinets wiped, cleaned underneath (if applicable), cups moved & wiped, furniture dusted, coffee station wiped.
FULL BATHROOM - $60
*Full detail of bathroom, this does not include interior of cabinets. Shower glass, fixtures, tubs, towels laundered (If time allows), light fixtures (we can reach), countertops, mirrors, floors, baseboard and walls spot wiped. *sometimes too much hard water requires a 2nd clean / extra time/charge.
HALF BATHROOM - $30
*Walls, baseboards spot cleaned. Light fixtures we can reasonable reach. All surfaces cleaned, towels washed, and dried (if appointment time allows)
BEDROOMS - $30
*All surfaces cleaned. We move furniture that is reasonable. Baseboards vacuumed/dusted within reach.
PLAYROOM -$50
*Play room cleaned, toys lightly tidied, dusting, vacuum, mop.
LAUNDRY ROOM - $45
*Washing Machine and Dryer detailed, dryer lint vacuumed. Baseboards and floors cleaned.
LAUNDRY CLOSET - $35
*Select closet if machines are in small closet. No flooring or baseboards cleaned. Washer detailed, dryer lint cleaned. Machines wiped down
FRONT ENTRYWAY - $30
*dusting, front entryway cleaned, and lightly tidied. dusting, vacuum, and mop
MUDROOM - $40
*dusting, mudroom wiped down, and dusted / lightly tidied. Floors vacuumed + mopped. Baseboards dusted.

*We do NOT offer decluttering and organizational services. If you need this service, reach out and I can guide you to the right company. You need to prepare for us to come.
PET FEE - $30/PET

If you have a pet, or had one in the last 6 months, this charge is mandatory. If you’re dishonest about the number of animals you have, we will immediately leave and not clean your home. You will be charged the full cost of the service.
No exceptions.

*This includes hypoallergenic cats, and dogs. They may not shed like a regular animal, but they still have dirty little paws, and add to the dirt level in your home.*
