Welcome | Find Your Ground

Find Your Ground is a guided movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and come back to what truly matters — how you feel in your body.

This is an upbeat, feel-good class. We begin by grounding and settling in, then gradually build energy, confidence, and strength — moving toward a playful, powerful peak with strong music and full-body movement — before slowing down to release, integrate, and land in stillness.

As a life coach, I know that managing your mind is important — but so is managing your body. These go hand in hand.

Find Your Ground is not about performance, perfection, or keeping up.
It’s about listening. Allowing. Moving in a way that feels honest to you.

Classes blend repetitive, intentional movement with moments of strength, release, pure joy and stillness. You’ll be guided the entire time, with space to modify, pause, or simply be still.

You’ll get a workout — but more importantly, you’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, connected and genuinely uplifted.

Every Class follows the "Find Your Ground Method" 🌿

How "Find your Ground" was born

This wasn’t created to be taught. It was created to be lived.

Movement and music have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a a child, my sister and I made up dances in our bedroom, and I even went in a school talent show.. showing off my "moves" & doing a dance! Dancing has and will always be a time where nothing else exists. It's my own little world, my safe space, my way to fully be and express myself. Like many people, I drifted away from dance as life became busier and more demanding with motherhood.

A few years ago, during a challenging season of my life, I found my way back — not to perform, but to feel. In 2019/2020 I started dancing in my kitchen and living room again with my baby (6 month old) and 2 year old. We had daily dance parties - not to perform, but to express and release. Again, I began moving simply to release emotion, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with myself.

What I noticed was powerful:
My body already knew what I needed — I just had to listen.

Find Your Ground was born from that experience. It’s a space rooted in trust, permission, and self expression - grounded in the belief that movement can guide us back to ourselves when words fall short.

In a world that constantly pulls us in different directions, it’s easy to lose clarity and connection. Find Your Ground offers a place to slow down, let go, and come back to center. It’s not about performance — it’s about having fun while getting that work out in, and how you feel when you're done. Strong. Empowered. Calm.

Your body knows the way. All you have to do is lean in and trust

Hi, I'm Brianne

I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember — long before studios, mirrors, or formal choreography. As a child, my sister and I created dances in our bedroom, hanging blankets to separate our “stages,” moving purely for the joy of music and movement.

Although life later led me toward sports, motherhood, and a busy, active lifestyle, movement and music always remained close to my heart. Rediscovering dance as an adult — often through kitchen dance parties with my kids — became a powerful way to navigate some of the hardest moments of my life.

Dance didn’t fix anything. It simply created space to feel.

Today, I guide intentional movement experiences that prioritize presence, self-trust, and connection. My hope is to offer a space where people feel safe to move honestly, listen to their bodies, and come home to themselves.

I hope to see you in class.

What To Expect

Find Your Ground is a guided, music-led movement experience designed to help you feel grounded, present, and connected — both during class and long after you leave.

Each class includes:

  • Intentional, easy-to-follow movement that follows the Find Your Ground Method.

  • Repetitive sequences that allow you to drop out of thinking and into feeling

  • Moments of strength, release, mindfulness and stillness

  • Music that supports emotional expression and nervous system regulation

  • Guided grounding, stretching, and rest at the end of class

You’ll be invited to move in a way that feels right for you — modifying, resting, or simply listening to the music whenever needed. There’s no pressure to perform, keep up, or look a certain way. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s presence.

Most people leave class feeling:

  • calmer and more centered

  • physically worked, yet emotionally lighter

  • more connected to their body and inner guidance

Who's It For?

Find Your Ground is for you if:

  • You’re craving a deeper connection to your body

  • You enjoy music-led experiences but don’t want to “perform”

  • You’re new to movement or returning after time away

  • You want a workout that also supports your emotional well-being

  • You value permission, choice, and self-trust

No dance experience is required. All levels are welcome.

This space is about honoring where you are — and trusting that your body already knows the way forward.
