If your home is a disaster zone, and we have to spend majority of our time tidying, we cannot also spend time scrubbing. If we can’t find your baseboards, we can’t clean them. Please prepare for us to come.

If you are a hustler and your home is a hot mess, we can help you but you need to be honest with us and let us know prior to arrival so we are ready for combat. We reserve the right to charge more if your home is not properly represented.

Specialty Maid - $150+

This is your customized package. Starting at $150. Send me the square footage of your house, the dirt level ( on scale of 1-10, 1 being spotless, 10 being a disaster zone), and your to do list that you need done! & I will send you a customized quote.

*It's important that you're honest with me upfront., or the job might not be able to be finished. Furthermore, additional charges may apply if you're dishonest.

New Mama Package - $300+

A gift for the New or Expecting Mama!

Includes: 4 Hours of Cleaning! (Can be spread weekly, bi-weekly, or all at once!) *A Full Main-Floor Clean using natural cleaning products.

Thorough cleaning of the kitchen, and bathroom. Light dusting of main floor. Lightly decluttered, and toys picked up. Complete vacuuming of the main floor. Mopping all the non-carpeted floors in the main living area.

*Pricing varies, and depends on sq. ft of house, and dirt level. Email for a quote.

*NOTES*:
Inside Closets: we only do them if we can see the floor.

Moving Appliances: we do not pull out fridges or ovens, as it’s too easy to scratch your floors.

Light Fixtures: we clean what we can reach, and do not remove light fixtures.

We only move furniture within reason.

Strip beds prior to arrival and leave fresh bedding for us to make up beds. If not, we will use the original bedding to make them up. We do not launder bedding.

Baseboards vacuumed (scrubbing is an extra charge)

*We use videos and photos of homes we clean to market on Instagram and Youtube.

By booking a cleaning with us, you agree to allow your home displayed on our social media platforms. If you would not like your home photographed or videoed, you must let us know via email.

*We do not reimburse, repair or replace any items that may be damaged during a clean. Please understand this is a risk you accept as home owner by allowing us into your home. You accept this risk by booking us. If you have anything in your home that is irreplacable, you are prompted to remove or keep in an area that is not being cleaned.

*We do not repair floors scratches, we will only move or lift furniture that is safe to do so, furniture must have foot protection.

We require full payment up front in order to dispatch a crew.

*In the event that you add on services during a clean:

Failure to pay your invoice will result in a 20% compounded interest late fee after 15 days. After 30 days your invoice is sent to our collection agency.

Waiver

*If we show up to your house, and you need to reschedule, there will be a $250 reschedule fee

*If you are home while cleaning is being done, you will need to be in a separate room.

*Cash, E Transfer, or Credit Card (WITH A 3%FEE) is accepted*
