Sourdough Discard Pancakes: Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free

If you haven't seen my previous recipe, it uses cane sugar. I have been crafting the perfect, buttery, refined sugar free, gluten free, and sourdough pancakes for about 2 years now! I'm happy to report: this is it! The best part? You can make these ahead and even freeze them!

Ingredients:
2/3 Cup, Gluten-Free Sourdough Starter (can use active or discard starter!) 1.5 Cups, Milk
1/4 Cup, Melted Butter 1/2 TBSP, Vanilla Extract
1/3 Cup, Maple Syrup
2 Cups, Gluten Free Flour
3/4 TBSP, Baking Powder
1/2 tsp, Salt
Combine all ingredients in order. Whisk to combine. Heat up butter in non stick frying pan, and fry for 1-3 minutes over low-medium heat. Serve as is, with maple syrup or strawberry sauce!

FREEZER TIP:
Make ahead of time and freeze! I like to flash freeze these by putting them on a baking sheet, flash freezing for about 20 minutes, and placing them in a glass container or ziplock bag. You can use my Caraway Home Discount code: (BRIANNE_WALTER10) for a discount on your entire order!
